WHAT IS Modern Aikido?

SDS stands for Security Defence System

Modern Aikido consists of different styles: Kali, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai Boxing, Ju Jitsu, Hanbo Jitsu and Ai-Ki-Jitsu

Fight violence. Without violence. Directly and efficiently.

The goal is to develop the skills to confront violence without hurting, control instead of strength, calm instead of frenzy. Thus, SDS Modern Aikido is particularly suitable as a self-defense system.

With the philosophy of Aikido and the integrated style directions we become very flexible and unpredictable for our opponent or obstacles you encounter in life.

It doesn't matter if you are small, tall, slim, well built, young, old or disabled: if you want you can move mountains.

"Countering violence with violence is always destructive: the path of harmony is to free oneself and others from hatred." - Ō Sensei Morihei Ueshiba
